Our client, a major organization in the utility sector, is looking for a professional to guide teams toward efficient Agile operations. The project focuses on fostering self-steering teams and implementing Agile principles to enhance value creation and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coach Scrum events across multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization based on value creation.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Provide transparent reporting on team progress and operational effectiveness.
- Cultivate a positive team climate by embedding core Scrum values.
- Remove organizational and technical impediments to help the team reach its goals.
- Mentor junior peers through coaching and the exchange of best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) and multi-team environments.
- Experience using Agile management tools.
- You possess proven experience coaching mixed teams consisting of both business and IT stakeholders.
- You have a strong background in facilitating group dynamics and systematic organizational coaching.
- You bring experience in mentoring and supporting junior professionals.
- You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.
Nice to Haves
- Experience facilitating online workshops using Jira, Confluence, Mural, or MS Teams.
- Experience supporting the Product Owner role.
