Workday Consultant

Mission Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. In this role, you will leverage your strong expertise in the HCM Core module, Recruitment & Talent modules, and advanced knowledge of Workday integrations to support, optimize, and maintain business unit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workday HCM Configuration & Support
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize the Workday HCM Core module.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Support day-to-day operations and resolve system issues.
• Integrations & Technical Expertise
  • Manage and monitor inbound/outbound integrations with external systems (payroll, benefits, vendors).
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy and consistency using Workday Studio and Core Connectors (including PECI).

Profile / Requirements:

• Experience
  • Proven experience as a Workday Consultant or Analyst.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM Core, Recruitment & Talent, Workday Studio, and PECI integrations.
  • Experience with complex Workday integration landscapes.
• Functional Knowledge
  • Good understanding of HR processes (hire, job changes, compensation, payroll).
  • Ability to translate business needs into system configurations.
• Soft Skills
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills (ability to interact with HR and IT stakeholders).
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across HR and IT teams.
• Nice to Have
  • Workday certifications (HCM, Integrations, Studio).
  • Experience with complex payroll environments.
  • Knowledge of reporting (Workday reports, Prism Analytics is a plus).
