We're looking for a senior business analyst to turn business needs into requirements for a KYC front-end application. You'll own part of the analysis across the project lifecycle, working with other analysts, product owners, architects, developers and testers.
What you'll do
- Elicit and document business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements.
- Design business processes and define detailed product use cases.
- Manage requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis.
- Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results.
- Review designs and prototypes against agreed requirements.
- Define application metrics and performance goals with delivery teams.
What you bring
- At least four years of business analysis experience in KYC IT projects. Operational KYC experience alone is insufficient.
- Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Requirements management experience and a good understanding of IT and testing.
- Understanding of workflow processes and strong conceptual and technical IT knowledge.
- Experience working in a scaled agile environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving, with attention to quality and detail.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and adapt to change.
- Dutch or French, C1.
- English, C1.
Nice to have
- Mockup design and user flow design.
- SQL querying.
- High-level knowledge of API, endpoint, swaggers, HLAM and front-end versus backend development.
