Our client serves as a central purchasing body for public entities. They launch framework agreements for the energy-efficient renovation of entire buildings and HVAC installations, roof renovations, solar panel installations, various certifications, and more. This results in a wide range of challenging contracts for works and related services, both upstream, tendering and award, and downstream, contract management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, launch, and manage public procurement procedures.
- Draft and review tender documents, specifications, award criteria, and contract documentation.
- Coordinate procurement activities for works and related services.
- Support both tendering, award, and downstream contract-management processes.
- Ensure compliance with public procurement legislation and internal procedures.
- Advise stakeholders on procurement strategy, risks, and contractual choices.
Key Requirements
- Senior experience in procurement, public procurement, tendering, or contract management.
- Strong knowledge of public procurement rules and procedures.
- Experience with works contracts, framework agreements, or technical services is an asset.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage complex files independently.
- Fluent communication skills in Dutch, French, and/or English depending on the project context.
