Fintensy is seeking a Head of IT to scale its engineering team and sharpen how the organization works. This leadership role focuses on people development, alignment of ways of working, and driving technical initiatives across the stack.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, work closely with Product Owners, and ensure transparent visibility into the roadmap, progress, and risks. A strong background in AWS, .NET, Angular, Python and modern dev‑ops is valued.
