Join a leading European electricity transmission operator on its digital transformation journey. You will help ensure reliable and sustainable power supply by analyzing, modeling, and improving business processes to support the energy transition and harmonize workflows across the organization and its sister companies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master\'s degree in a technical or economic field or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as process analyst
What will you do?
- Co-develop and refine the process modeling methodology.
- Actively contribute to change management, including creating training materials and delivering end-user training according to the established methodology.
- Model business processes and guide stakeholders in redesigning their workflows.
- Challenge stakeholders on their requirements and proposed future processes.
- Align and validate current and target processes to secure stakeholder approval.
- Harmonize processes across departments and with the German sister organization.
- Support stakeholders in adopting new processes during post-implementation.
