Are you a motivated salesperson with a passion for customer communication? As a Financial Call Agent, you’ll have the opportunity to help customers optimize their credit cards and provide them with expert advice. With your strong sales skills and customer-focused attitude, you’ll be working in a stimulating environment. - Contact customers to increase their credit card limits;
- Meet the established sales goals and targets;
- Effectively persuade and inform customers about our services and products;
- Ensure that customers return their signed contracts on time;
- Strictly follow all legal guidelines and scripts;
- Provide customers with clear advice based on existing procedures; answer their questions and provide relevant information.
- Has a high school diploma;
- Has a certificate of good conduct;
- Preferably has experience in the sales sector;
- Has at least 6 months of work experience in a call center;
- Is proficient in sales techniques;
- Has a business-oriented mindset;
- Is skilled in verbal communication;
- Has excellent telephone skills;
- Is an active listener;
- Has a customer-focused attitude;
- Demonstrates professionalism in all interactions;
- Can easily multitask;
- Can handle stressful situations.
- A 6-month temporary contract with the option to extend;
- A full-time position of 38 hours per week;
