Vlerick Business School seeks a Customer Success Specialist for Great Place To Work®. You will manage high-touch client portfolios, onboard and train users, and ensure platform adoption across multiple countries.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, translating client needs into customised proposals and guiding projects with strong cross-country coordination. The role requires fluent English and Dutch, with French as a plus, and offers hybrid work with on-site presence at Ghent, Leuven or Brussels
