Responsibilities
- You ensure the efficient handling of fraud-related grievances;
- You conduct thorough investigations into complaints and compile all necessary supporting documentation;
- You deliver detailed and suitable responses to customers regarding their issues;
- You serve as the primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders;
- You uphold business continuity while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field;
- Possesses a minimum of three years of pertinent experience;
- Is a native or fluent speaker of both Dutch and French;
- Demonstrates familiarity with banking services, including accounts, payment cards, and banking software;
- Exhibits a strong analytical mindset to assess and interpret data effectively;
- Possesses excellent written communication abilities, showcases empathy, and maintains a customer-focused approach;
- Is capable of working autonomously and takes initiative in tasks;
- Thrives in high-pressure situations and displays adaptability;
- Approaches challenges with a problem-solving attitude;
- Values accuracy and precision in work tasks, ensuring a high standard of quality.
