As an A‑brand, it is active in more than 150 countries, has existed for more than 130 years, and employs more than 10,000 people. Its solutions help customers optimize manufacturing processes, improve energy efficiency, and ensure operational safety. The company is globally recognized for leadership in reliability and digitalisation. With a very strong financial year in 2025, it is currently expanding its MEASUREMENTS‑team (instrumentation) with a sales engineer for the BeNeLux.

Key Responsibilities
- Being excited about generating new opportunities, visiting customers, and providing value to their business.
- Understanding customers and bringing back input for the team to support developing a project‑based approach with our consultants.
- Aligning priorities and focus areas with the sales leadership and establishing a prioritized strategic plan.
- Providing technical support to customers (internal and external) as the need arises and connecting customers to experts as needed.
- Developing sales initiatives, participating in and attending events and conferences as an ambassador.
- 70% warm prospection and 30% farming.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Master’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Experience: You have a stable career. You live in Flanders or Brussels and are willing to travel to the Netherlands at least once a week. You have technical‑sales experience with provable results and have sold to OEM, production companies, or heavy industry with knowledge of production processes. You are open to an employee status (not independent or contractor).
