Duties/role
- Administering and configuring enterprise-wide cloud environments (MS Azure or AWS) ;
- Providing Level 2/3 support for cloud-related issues, investigating and resolving operational problems in a timely manner ;
- Provisioning and maintaining VMs, Storage (on cloud), and Web Hosting environments (on prem and on cloud), ensuring high availability and performance .
