Healthcare Business Development Pro

Bel Aire Recovery Center is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow our network of care and referrals. This on-site role focuses on developing and retaining professional referrals, coordinating with the admissions team, and representing the facility at clinical and community events.

You will manage CRM records, build relationships with physicians, social workers, and discharge planners, and help educate stakeholders about programs and services. A valid driver's license is required.
