We are looking for an experienced Programme Coordinator to support a major communications and infrastructure modernization programme in a secure environment.
Security Clearance: Active Secret-level security clearance required
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate programme activities with NATO HQ, agencies, stakeholders and end users.
- Support project planning, implementation tracking and programme governance.
- Coordinate CIS and secure infrastructure implementation across different sites.
- Conduct site visits, surveys and technical coordination activities.
- Support stakeholder engagement across political, operational and technical levels.
- Develop and maintain security plans, policies, documentation and classification guides.
- Support programme reporting, presentations, training and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate with security, infrastructure, technical and operational teams.
- Support management of classified information and programme documentation.
- Monitor project progress, risks, requirements and dependencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience in Programme Management, Project Management or Programme Coordination.
- Experience with capability development, implementation or service management governance.
- Experience with CIS and/or secure infrastructure projects.
- Experience working in secure or classified environments.
- 3+ years of stakeholder management and coordination experience within the last 10 years.
- Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with multiple organizations and stakeholders to achieve programme objectives.
- Willingness to travel frequently within NATO locations, including 80+ days per year.
