As a Customer Service Coordinator, you become the primary point of contact for customers and international partners worldwide. You will combine customer service excellence with operational coordination, ensuring every shipment is executed flawlessly from start to finish.

Customer Service Excellence
- Act as the main contact person for customers via phone and email.
- Provide proactive updates throughout the shipment lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and international offices.
- Resolve customer queries regarding shipments, documentation, customs requirements, transit times, and service options.
- Manage escalations and ensure rapid, customer-focused solutions.
- Translate customer expectations into clear operational instructions.
Compliance & Documentation
- Verify shipping documentation and customs requirements.
- Ensure compliance with international transportation regulations.
- Follow detailed operational procedures and quality standards.
- Support the handling of specialized shipments requiring additional care and attention.
