Arrangements: 100% work regime; in principle at least two working days per week on site at Atrias in Brussels, with the possibility of increased on-site presence when project or operational needs require it; occasional travel to other Atrias sites or third-party locations, including distribution system operators, may be required.

Atrias is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to strengthen its team of energy-sector experts. The assignment focuses on business needs and market developments within the Belgian energy market. You will translate these needs into consistent and implementable processes, requirements, UMIG documentation and solution designs. You will ensure alignment between the business need and the concrete deliverables.

You will work closely with distribution system operators, market parties, business representatives, architects, development teams and test teams. You will facilitate workshops and guide stakeholders towards broadly supported decisions, including when interests conflict. You will prepare consensus, decision and validation documents as well as stakeholder, communication and change-management plans. The business analysis covers the full journey from the initial need through handover to implementation and testing.

The assignment requires at least five years of demonstrable experience as a business analyst and five years of experience in the Belgian energy market. At least two years of experience with the UMIG domain Structure is also required, together with experience in functional designs, test plans, test scenarios, workshops and BPM. The consultant must operate effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment and meet the specified language requirements. The assignment is expected to run from 3 December 2026 to 3 December 2027 at a 100% work regime, with at least two working days per week on site at Atrias in Brussels.
