Business Services Project Manager for Finance
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Security Clearance: NATO Secret
Deadline for application: 05/11 /2026
Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Demonstrated experience with Finance process design, process harmonisation and business transformation ;
- Proven experience in programme management and project management, preferably in complex, multi-stakeholder environments ;
- Strong ability to interact with, manage and influence senior executive stakeholders .
Duties/role:
- Managing projects and initiatives by executing project and program management activities for business services initiatives and ensuring delivery of scope within time and budgetary constraints ;
- Managing stakeholders through regular engagement with stakeholders across NATO entities, including Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and others, to promote synchronized efforts toward harmonizing enterprise business services ;
- Developing and maintaining documentation artefacts necessary for any of the outlined tasks .
