We're looking for a senior change manager to manage IT production changes from submission to closure. The focus is reducing business disruption while protecting systems from unacceptable risks.
What you'll do
- Validate change requests, including testing, rollback plans and notice deadlines.
- Identify change conflicts and recommend suitable production deployment dates.
- Coordinate change review meetings.
- Communicate planned changes and significant production risks to stakeholders.
- Improve compliance with the change management process.
- Support operational teams using the change management tool.
What you bring
- At least eight years of relevant experience in organisational development.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL and COBIT processes.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management and Service Now.
- Knowledge of production resilience procedures: IT DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan), BCP (Business Continuity Plan) and HA (High Availability).
- Experience with IT/business relations and IT infrastructure production operations.
- Knowledge of quality standards, IT security and cyber security.
- Ability to develop and adapt processes and define relevant performance indicators.
- Strong organisation, analysis, written and verbal communication, collaboration and resilience.
- Ability to inspire others and build engagement.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Dutch: fluent, good or not required.
- French: fluent, good or not required.
- English: fluent, good or not required.
Nice to have
- Change management experience.
- Change Advisory Board (CAB) experience.
- Post Implementation Review (PIR) experience.
