Join our Data & AI team.

You will become part of a multidisciplinary team where data engineering, architecture, AI, analytics, governance and visualization come together. Together, we help clients get more value out of their data: from setting up the right data foundations to building dashboards, analytics solutions and AI use cases that support better decisions.

As a Data& AIGovernance Consultant you play an active role inhelping our clientsimplementatand operationalize theirdata&AIgovernance strategy. Yousupportorganizations inbuildingamature,data-driven culture andintranslatingthe governance strategy into measurableobjectives.

Youparticipatein thedesignand continuousimprovementofpolicies that enhancequalityand completeness of dataacross theorganization. This includes defining and implementingclearrules,standardsand processes that ensure that data is managed and consumed responsibly and efficiently. You guide clientsincreatingan unambiguous conceptual framework and information model, laying out the foundation for reliable and trusted data use.

You will have the opportunity to defineand implementgovernance processes tailored toeachclient’s maturity and needs, includingdata qualityframeworks and stewardship models. Together with our existing team of data& AIgovernance experts, you keep our colleagues up to date withemergingmarket trendsand best practices.

In addition to data governance, you take an active role in designing and implementingAI governanceframeworks that ensure responsible, transparent, and safe use of AI across the organization, integrated with the data governance policies. Your guidance enables organizations to innovate confidently with AI whilemaintainingfull oversightandcompliance.

You’ll have knowledge and experience of the following:

• Youhave a minimum of 3yearsof relevantworkexperienceindata managementand/or datagovernance. Experience in AI governance is a plus
• Familiar with Data Management Fundamentals: data governance practices, business process modeling, datamodelingand data architecture(e.g.DAMA DMBOK)
• Knowledge of SQL-logicis a must
• Knowledge of atleastoneofthedataandAImanagementtoolsandtechnologiesis a must:Collibra,Precisely,Informatica, Talend, MSPurview, IBM IGC
• Knowledge ofoneofthefollowingtools ispreferred:Qlik, Tableau, Power BI
• Youarecurious,proactiveandaninitiativetakerandhave asharpunderstandingofhowdatacanbeusedtodrivea business
• Youhave strongcollaborationskillsandtheabilitytoworkeffectivelywithcross-functionalteams
• Youhavegoodoralandwrittencommunicationskillstowardsbothtechnicalandnon-technicalstakeholders
• Youareproficientin English, knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a must
