We're looking for a senior Microsoft 365 Engineer with strong SharePoint Online expertise. You'll harden, govern and recover collaboration workloads, focusing on cyber-resilience rather than first- or second-line administration.
What you'll do
- Design SharePoint Online sites, hubs, permissions, sharing and content types.
- Strengthen collaboration security, backup, recovery and incident response.
- Configure Entra ID Conditional Access, MFA, PIM and application consent.
- Implement Purview sensitivity labels, DLP and retention.
- Automate inventory and administration with PowerShell.
- Document architecture, standards and recovery runbooks for handover.
What you bring
- 4+ years with Microsoft 365 and hands-on SharePoint Online.
- Experience across Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Practical knowledge of least privilege, guest access and external-sharing risks.
- Intermediate Intune expertise: compliance policies, configuration profiles and Conditional Access.
- Intermediate PowerShell skills across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra ID and Intune.
- Junior to intermediate Microsoft Purview expertise.
- At least one cyber-resilience, tenant-hardening, backup/restore, information-protection or incident-recovery programme.
- Dutch or French (native).
- English (B2), for documentation and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Microsoft 365 backup/restore tooling and tested restore drills.
- Defender for Office 365, Defender for Cloud Apps or Sentinel integrations.
- Junior Power Automate and Power Apps skills.
- MS-102, SC-300, SC-400, MS-500 or equivalent practical experience.
