As Operations Supervisor, you will lead production teams and ensure the smooth execution of daily manufacturing activities. Your leadership will guarantee compliance, efficiency and motivation on the shop floor while driving improvements across operations.
Team leadership
Lead and supervise operational teams, overseeing activities such as cleaning, material transfer, replenishment, sterilisation or cryopreservation.
Problem solving
Documentation management
Coaching and development
Meeting facilitation
Audit readiness
Operational safety
Required competences & skills
- Bachelor or Master degree in Science, Bio Engineering, Pharmacy, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in people management, leading teams of 10 or more
- Experience in biotech, pharma or advanced therapies is a strong plus
- Knowledge of GMP and ATMP requirements is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Hands-on, solution oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Flexible, stress resistant and willing to work in a 4 on 4 off shift system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of MES or EBR is an advantage
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
