At Projective Group Talent, we offer an exceptional career experience in Financial Services. As a Compliance Expert, you help turn AML/CFT rules into clear policies and practical advice. You will deepen your compliance expertise while helping colleagues, customers and the organisation move forward with confidence.

You will join the Compliance department of a Belgian bank-insurer in Antwerp. Together with colleagues in the anti-money laundering team, you help shape a clear approach to AML/CFT risks. The team values simple guidance, close cooperation and responsible decisions.

Your Tasks

Follow new and existing AML/CFT laws and regulations.
Translate regulatory changes into clear actions for processes and products.
Identify, investigate and assess money laundering and terrorist financing risks.
Develop the risk-based approach and support AML/CFT policies and processes.
Advise colleagues on complex AML/CFT questions and new products.
Create practical training, e-learning and awareness content.
Prepare clear reports for management, committees and supervisors.

Your Skills

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
At least three years of relevant experience in compliance, AML or financial crime.
Good knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and risk-based compliance.
A clear and practical way of translating rules into advice and actions.
Strong analytical skills and good attention to detail.
A collaborative approach and confidence in supporting colleagues.
Clear communication skills for advice, training and reporting.
Fluent in Dutch and comfortable working in English.
