- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 4 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 6 years post-related experience ;
- Knowledge of monitoring and maintaining all required financial records for compliance and audit to all agreed requirements;

- At least eight years' experience at a responsible level in contracting, finance or business .

Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

Duties/role
- Managing and processing a high volume of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs), often under urgent timelines ;
- Performing contract administration activities, including processing contract changes and amendments ;
- Reviewing business cases, including requirements, potential benefits, and options, and determining appropriate procurement routes such as open market procurement or collaborative frameworks.
