We're looking for a senior project manager to lead legacy Windows application maintenance and develop a web-based case management platform. You'll combine team leadership with technical oversight across .NET (C#), Angular, microservices and micro-frontends.
What you'll do
- Lead legacy Windows maintenance, stabilisation, compatibility checks and feature migration.
- Plan delivery priorities and deadlines with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Run Scrum ceremonies and report progress to the steering committee.
- Supervise backend and frontend development, including unit and integration tests.
- Oversee source versioning and technical documentation.
- Guide DevOps deployment pipelines for applications, services and infrastructure.
What you bring
- Several years of software development experience, including technical roles and similar project management responsibilities.
- Experience modernising desktop applications into web applications and supporting users.
- Scrum project management, adaptable team leadership, prioritisation and clear communication.
- .NET (C#) microservices, REST or gRPC APIs and event-driven architecture.
- Angular SPAs and micro-frontends, HTML and CSS.
- OpenID Connect and O365 authentication for backend and frontend applications.
- CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, Git branching, pull requests and code reviews.
- Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Grafana, UML and BPMN.
- Cybersecurity expertise and security by design.
- At least a bachelor's degree in computer science.
- Dutch or French, B2.
- English, B2.
Nice to have
- A master's degree in computer science.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Knowledge of cryptography or Delphi.
- At least passive knowledge of the other national language.
- Familiarity with investigation workflows.
