Join us as Business Performance & Estimation Lead in Belgium This role will include travel across Europe, including UK and Ireland.

The Business Performance & Estimation Lead acts as the operational right hand of the BU Manager Continental Europe. The role combines leadership of the Estimation function with responsibility for business performance monitoring, operational governance, process discipline, and cross-functional coordination across Remagin Europe.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, develop, and optimise the Estimation function, ensuring timely, accurate, and commercially robust quotations across multiple countries.
  • Manage estimation workload prioritisation, performance metrics, pricing discipline, and margin optimisation.
  • Drive business performance through KPI reporting, dashboard management, forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven insights.
  • Monitor pipeline performance, conversion rates, backlog, resource utilisation, and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a key business partner to the BU Manager, supporting strategic decision-making, operational priorities, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Coordinate business improvement initiatives and ensure accountability across sales, estimation, technical, and delivery teams.
  • Standardise processes, strengthen governance, and improve visibility of business and project performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement, reporting accuracy, and KPI ownership across the organisation.
  • Support organisational growth through resource planning, capacity management, operating model development, and future scalability initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in business operations, commercial operations, finance, PMO, consulting, or estimation leadership.
  • Strong commercial, financial, and operational decision-making capability.
  • Background in construction, manufacturing, engineering, modular construction, or other project-based environments.
  • Proven ability to drive business performance through data, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to solving business challenges.
  • Experience supporting growth, change, and organisational development.
