Responsibilities
As Head of Hospitality & Service you are responsible for the day-to-day operational running of our fine dining restaurant.You lead the front-of-house team while remaining actively involved in service.Together with your team, you take care of the restaurant’s back-office organisation and mise-en-place.You are fully committed to creating an exceptional experience for every guest.This is a challenging and varied position requiring strong skills in hospitality, service, organisation and communication.
Profile
Experience in restaurant service, preferably within fine diningDynamic, motivated and hands-onHospitality is at the heart of everything you doA genuine passion for gastronomyNaturally attentive, welcoming and friendlyEager to learn, flexible and ambitiousAble to perform under pressure, with a disciplined approachPower & drive define your personality
Working Schedule
- Monday & Tuesday are our closing days
- Possibility of a 4-day working week
