Our client is a leading engineering and industrial services company delivering complex installation and maintenance projects within a large industrial production environment.
Interim Contract / Project Claims Manager
- Review and validate completed installation works against contractual agreements, work orders, change requests, and invoices.
- Analyze and resolve disputes related to executed works, invoicing, and payment claims with the end client.
- Gather, structure, and maintain technical, contractual, financial, and administrative documentation to substantiate claims.
- Coordinate closely with project, engineering, and site teams to verify completed scopes of work and contractual deliverables.
- Lead commercial negotiations to secure payment of outstanding invoices while preserving a constructive client relationship.
Profiel
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager, Claims Manager, Commercial Project Manager, or Technical Project Manager within industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of contract management, claims handling, project administration, and financial follow-up.
- Solid technical knowledge of industrial installation projects, enabling effective assessment of completed works on site.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge claims and defend contractual positions.
- Pragmatic, hands-on professional combining commercial acumen, contractual expertise, administrative rigor, and technical credibility.
