WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

As a Senior HEOR Manager, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of health economic models and HTA submissions, with a strong focus on the Netherlands and ZIN requirements. You’ll act as a subject‑matter expert, guide clients through evidence expectations, and support multi‑country strategies across markets such as NICE, SMC, NCPE, HAS, TLV, CADTH, PBAC, and more.

This is a senior, client‑facing role with significant influence on project quality, team capability, and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership — Lead cost‑effectiveness, budget impact, early HTA, and disease‑progression modelling. Ensure alignment with ZIN methodology, transparency, and robust uncertainty analysis.
  • Dutch HTA Expertise — Produce or quality‑assure Dutch‑language HTA dossiers and advise clients on ZIN processes, timelines, and evidence expectations.
  • Client Engagement — Lead discussions, translate complex modelling outputs into actionable insights, and support proposals and business development.
  • Team Leadership — Mentor junior economists, review analytical work, and contribute to internal training and capability building.

Essential Competencies

  • Health Economic Modelling — Strong experience in model conceptualisation, parameterisation, validation, and uncertainty analysis.
  • ZIN & Dutch HTA — Deep understanding of ZIN guidance and ability to produce Dutch‑language dossiers.
  • Technical Tools — Proficiency in Excel; experience with R, Python, VBA, Stata is advantageous.
  • Consultancy Skills — Proven experience delivering HEOR projects, managing budgets/timelines, and building client relationships.
  • Leadership — Experience mentoring colleagues and ensuring high‑quality outputs.
  • Languages — Fluent Dutch (sufficient for dossier writing/editing) and strong English.

Desirable

  • Experience in a global consultancy
  • Experience building payer‑facing budget impact tools
  • Previous work within an HTA body
