Join our Global Omnichannel Field Enablement team for a one-year traineeship supportingdigital content and CRM operations. You will manage and triage tickets, coordinate follow-upwith markets and delivery teams, and maintain clear process documentation. Working in acollaborative international environment, you will help improve service responsiveness whilegaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, CRM, and marketing technology.

- Triage requests and check that all required information is provided.

- Track ticket status, ownership, follow-ups, and closure.
- Support CRM, CLM presentation, email, and digital content requests.
- Coordinate follow-up between local markets and delivery teams.
- Answer standard process questions using approved guidance.
- Keep process guides, checklists, templates, and FAQs up to date.
- Share clear status updates with stakeholders and the team.
