Passionate about implementing CRM in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Projects relate to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution focused on Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Contact Center and Field Service.
About the role
Projects relate to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution focused on Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Contact Center and Field Service. Of course, the Power Platform is an integral part of our expertise and so is Copilot.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the needs expressed in functional specification documents to develop plug-ins in C# and .NET languages.
- Support clients throughout the project using development skills and mastered technologies.
- Support our functional consultants for the design of the solution
- Knowledge of Azure Integration Services is a plus
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of CRM systems and an ability to work on complex projects.
- Practical experience of working in project mode is necessary.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 is essential, including the ability to configure, customize and develop CRM solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
- Strong software development skills and the ability to design, develop, test and deploy custom CRM solutions using DevOps.
- Ability to analyze customer needs, identify potential issues and propose innovative and effective solutions using features provided by Dynamics 365
