About the team

Our Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory practice combines the entrepreneurial spirit of an investment banking boutique with the strength and reach of a global network. Operating in a fast-paced and high-impact environment, we deliver tailored financing solutions. You will be part of a close-knit Belgian team with strong international exposure, enabling you to work on cross-border transactions, build deep market expertise and connect with leading financial institutions, investors and corporates.

What your day will look like

  • Lead debt advisory mandates
    • Act as the primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout the full deal cycle
    • Structure and execute transactions including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, refinancing, recapitalisations and growth financing
    • Provide strategic advice on capital structures and funding alternatives
  • Drive end-to-end deal execution
    • Manage the full financing lifecycle — from initial analysis to lender negotiation and closing
    • Lead lender interactions, negotiate key terms and ensure successful transaction outcomes
    • Maintain accountability for planning, timelines, budgets and delivery quality
  • Deliver high-quality insights and materials
    • Oversee the creation of impactful client deliverables such as information memoranda, financial models and presentations
    • Translate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
    • Contribute to thought leadership on debt markets and financing strategies
  • Lead and develop teams
    • Coach, mentor and empower professionals to reach their full potential
    • Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing team culture
    • Coordinate with external stakeholders such as banks, debt funds and legal advisors
  • Supervise financial modelling and analysis
    • Review and challenge complex financial models and assumptions
    • Assess debt capacity, covenant structures, liquidity and pricing
    • Ensure robust, data-driven decision-making
