About the role
As a Project Manager within the Software Engineering Practice, you will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of software development projects. You operate at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring teams remain focused, efficient, and aligned with project goals.
You play a key role in ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Your profile
- 5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT/software development
- Proven experience with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong affinity with software engineering (cloud, APIs, microservices, etc.)
- Experience in consultancy or enterprise environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-driven mindset
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software development projects
- Define and manage scope, planning, budget, and risks
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (developers, QA, architects, etc.)
- Manage stakeholders (clients, internal teams, and management)
- Facilitate Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches)
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively
- Report on progress, quality, and deliverables
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes within the practice
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms
- Technical background in software development
