Our client is a prominent organization in the Belgian energy sector dedicated to ensuring sustainable and reliable infrastructure. This role focuses on establishing a Center of Excellence to transform strategic goals into actionable operational plans that drive organizational efficiency.
- Translate strategic roadmaps into structural operational excellence plans and drive their execution.
- Manage quarterly planning cycles and coordinate resource allocation across internal teams.
- Define performance metrics and develop dashboards to turn operational data into actionable insights.
- Implement a document management system to ensure transparent reporting and traceable decision-making.
- Embed a continuous improvement framework to optimize internal processes and methodologies.
- Establish a Center of Excellence providing shared guidelines, tools, and best practices.
- Lead specific transition projects from initial concept to final implementation and adoption.
- Master's degree in engineering or economics.
- 4+ years of experience in operational excellence including process optimization, KPI definition, and Power BI dashboarding.
- Professional experience designing and implementing document management systems.
- Proactive, assertive, and autonomous with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You are fluent in French or Dutch with a good knowledge of English and at least a good understanding of the other (French or Dutch).

- Basic knowledge of the energy landscape or infrastructure management.
