WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an Business Analyst Senior with solid experience in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
You will join an innovative international project with an international organization.
Must-haves for this challenge:
- Senior Business Analyst for eExperts, an expert management platform within the eGrants Next Generation framework. The role will involve re-engineering, modularisation and cloud migration, functional analysis, backlog management, product ownership, UAT, system integration and third-level functional support.
- EQF Level 7 and a minimum of 15 years’ IT experience.
- English or French at B2 level
- Experience in systems architecture, requirements analysis and management, complex administrative processes, web/back-office applications and integrations.
- BPMN/UML, BABOK, IEEE 29148, Jira/GitLab, Confluence/SharePoint, backlog management and Agile/PM²‑Agile/Scrum/SAFe practices.
- UAT, traceability, defect management, NFR, APIs, data governance/GDPR, wireframes and prototypes.
- Experience as a Product Owner in scaled Agile environments.
Additional Relevant Skills
- Jira Align, MS Project, Power BI, Tableau, SQL and Qlik.
- eIDAS, financial compliance, Horizon Europe, eExperts, grant management and expert management.
- AI-supported analysis, testing and documentation; Scrum/Product Owner certifications: desirable.
- Workshop facilitation, post-release validation, stakeholder management and executive communication.
