- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, structured, and actionable documentation.
- Support incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Facilitate requirements engineering activities, ensuring business needs are properly captured and documented.
- Maintain documentation using Wikis and collaborative platforms, supporting effective knowledge sharing across teams.
- Work with ticketing management systems and Agile tools to track issues, requirements, and project activities.
- Analyze and support administrative business processes within large organizations.
- Collaborate with international and multicultural teams, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Support business process modeling and documentation using BPMN and UML.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
- At least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience using Wikis and collaborative tools.
- At least 3 years of experience with ticketing management systems and/or Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- At least 5 years of experience working with international or multicultural teams, preferably in highly regulated environments.
- At least 2 years of experience with administrative business processes in large organizations.
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Valid citizenship of an EU member state.
- Availability to work remotely from Europe.
