Business Manager Data & AI for Life Sciences
Today, the Life Sciences sector is undergoing an unprecedented transformation driven by the rise of Data, Generative AI and agentic AI systems. Augmented clinical research, business copilots for R&D teams, intelligent automation of regulatory processes, digital twins, predictive medicine, large-scale exploitation of health data, and optimization of industrial operations: the opportunities for innovation are immense.
At Enovalife, we support leaders in the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Specialized Nutrition and MedTech sectors in designing and deploying Data & AI solutions with strong business value. Our ambition: to turn data into a competitive advantage and accelerate the arrival of new innovations for the benefit of patients and consumers.
In this context of strong growth, we are looking for someone who is passionate about new technologies, innovation and entrepreneurship to join our Data & AI team. You will contribute to the business development of a strategic activity dedicated to the Data, AI and Digital transformation of Life Sciences players, exploring in particular the most innovative uses of Generative AI, intelligent agents and next-generation data platforms.
Your role :
- Prospect and grow a portfolio of major accounts in the healthcare industries.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the business and regulatory challenges of Life Sciences (R&D, drug lifecycle, new therapies, genetic data, AI, data, digital, etc.).
- Lead innovative projects combining biology and data to support the digital transformation of industry players.
- Build a relationship of trust with your contacts (scientists, pharmacists, doctors, data directors, etc.).
- Respond to tenders, collaborate with external partners and lead negotiations with procurement departments.
- Recruit, supervise and develop a team of consultants (AI Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Manager, Data Analyst, Project Manager, etc.).
- Manage HR and career development for the members of your Business Unit.
- Drive the profitability of your BU in synergy with other departments and with the support of your coach.

Candidate profile:
- Graduate of a top engineering school.
- Strong interest in the Life Sciences sector and a passion for innovation in Data & AI.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a taste for challenge.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Rigor, responsiveness and the ability to bring together multidisciplinary teams.
