Our client's Data & AI Office takes generative AI from pilot to production across four streams:

Your role:

Design and build GenAI & Agentic AI solutions (Agentic Business Process, RAG assistants, tool-calling agents, document intelligence) for prioritised business use cases.
Select and evaluate foundation models (commercial and open-weight) on quality, latency, cost, data residency and licensing.
Industrialise AI solutions with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, containers and automated testing, and monitor quality, drift and token cost in production.
Build evaluation frameworks (test sets, LLM-as-judge, human review) to measure accuracy, groundedness, safety and business impact.
Apply guardrails, access controls and prompt-injection and data-leakage defences in line with security, GDPR and EU AI Act requirements.
Partner with Legal, Risk, Security and AI Governance to classify use cases and document risks.
Coach data scientists and engineers on LLM engineering best practices, and contribute to reference architectures and reusable patterns.

Master's degree in computer science, AI, data science, engineering or a related field.
5+ years in software, data or ML engineering, including 2+ years delivering LLM / GenAI solutions to production.
Strong Python; hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex or Hugging Face, RAG, vector search and agent orchestration.
Experience with a major cloud AI stack (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock or Vertex AI) and LLMOps tooling.
Working knowledge of GDPR and the EU AI Act (a plus).
Fluent in English, with Dutch or French.
