WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Level 2 support within a Service Desk. The shared documentation does not detail the operational duties, technologies or specific modules; it refers to the Tender Specifications / Technical Annex for those specifications, which is not included among the attached documents.
Required experience: Relevant professional experience in the field of expertise must be demonstrated, including at least two concrete examples of assignments, projects or deliverables. For each example, the professional context, role and responsibilities, functionalities or modules developed, outcomes achieved—preferably measurable—and precise references to the CV must be described.
