We’re looking for an Associate Lawyer to join our Tax Law team as of September 2027.
Your Impact
As a junior associate in our Tax Law team, you’ll work alongside experienced lawyers and tax professionals to support clients—ranging from individuals to multinational corporations with a wide variety of tax matters. You’ll be involved in:
- Advising on Belgian and international tax law (incl. EU law and case law)
- Working on complex tax challenges linked to restructurings, financing structures, transactions, and wealth planning
- Drafting and negotiating tax rulings
- Supporting clients during audits, investigations, and voluntary disclosures
- Assisting with tax disputes, both through negotiation and before courts and authorities
- Developing effective dispute resolution strategies in a national and cross-border context
You’ll learn how to navigate both advisory and contentious tax work, giving you broad exposure and hands-on experience.
About you
- Master’s degree in Law, with a specialisation or additional degree in Tax Law
- Graduating this academic year or up to two years of experience
- A strong communicator and team player
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with solid writing skills
- Eager to learn, proactive, and ready to take initiative
- You’re familiar with AI and prompting
- Strong language skills in Dutch and/or French, plus English — being trilingual is a big plus
