We're looking for a senior recruitment consultant to manage recruitment and selection for ICT, engineering and technical roles. You'll use SuccessFactors and support internal mobility alongside external hiring.
What you'll do
- Lead vacancy intakes and define recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
- Write vacancy adverts and shortlist candidates through CV screening.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and recommend selection decisions.
- Coach hiring managers and junior recruiters on interviewing and feedback.
- Manage selection administration from intake through to offer.
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events.
What you bring
- At least five years' experience in recruitment and selection.
- Recruitment experience in organisations with over 3,000 employees.
- Internal mobility experience in organisations with over 5,000 employees, including feedback to unsuccessful internal candidates.
- Behavioural interviewing using the STAR method and assessment report analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors.
- Experience recruiting ICT, engineering and technically skilled profiles.
- Experience developing role-specific selection cases and writing selection reports.
- Experience negotiating salary offers within agreed guidelines.
- Strong teamwork, organisational and project skills, with autonomy in complex environments.
- Confidence challenging hiring managers' views when selection evidence supports a different decision.
- Dutch, C2.
Nice to have
- Experience in the energy sector.
- Experience recruiting white-collar and management profiles.
- Experience with direct sourcing strategies.
Good to know
- Travel several days a week, mainly across East and West Flanders, with support elsewhere in Flanders.
- Full-time or 80% working hours.
