- We are looking for a Senior HR Consultant Recruitment, who will mainly be active in the regions of East and West Flanders, but is also willing to support in other regions in Flanders, from Ypres to Hasselt. You are therefore willing to go to the regions that are assigned to you a few days a week.
- You do the intake with the internal client, draw up a recruiting vacancy text, determine the appropriate recruitment strategy internally and externally and participate in the pre-screening of the candidates. You analyze the resumes and come to a qualitative recommendation for the hiring manager about who we want to bring to the interviews.
- For bottleneck vacancies, you map out additional actions and agree on a hunting strategy with our internal customer.
- You conduct competency-based selection interviews and come to a well-founded decision about whether or not to retain the candidate. You also dare to take different positions than the business.
- You coach the managers in terms of their interview skills. You bring insights about recruitment and selection to the teams of managers, so that they gain a better understanding of the context and the elements that play a role in recruitment.
- You attach importance to a good administrative follow-up of the entire selection process and you may also take on the necessary tasks yourself.
- You will also actively participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
- You are able to come up with salary proposals within the given company agreements, both for white-collar workers and executives.
- You coach less experienced recruiters in the techniques of interviewing and giving feedback, but also in terms of building support in the business around internships and boot camps,... in their regions.
