Business Development Manager – Flanders
YouRent Group is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow its business in the Flemish market. The role focuses on identifying and qualifying prospects, approaching decision-makers, presenting the YouRent software, preparing and negotiating commercial offers, and supporting clients throughout the sales and implementation journey.
Key requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in software or real estate
- Strong knowledge of the Flemish real estate market
- Native Dutch or perfectly bilingual French/Dutch
- Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with software demonstrations and client meetings
- Bachelor’s degree
- Driving licence and willingness to travel across Flanders
- Odoo experience is a plus
Location: La Hulpe, Belgium
Working model: Full-time, 38 hours/week, with 2 remote days per week.
