Our client in the life sciences industry is seeking a professional to support analytical development through compliance and operational excellence. This role focuses on strengthening business processes, driving continuous improvement, and implementing a robust third-party management framework across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of the third-party management framework and translate corporate requirements into sustainable processes.
- Maintain process documentation and serve as the primary point of contact for external management topics.
- Monitor key performance indicators and process performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant implementations across procurement, quality, and finance.
- Coordinate compliance and continuous improvement initiatives by driving process harmonization and simplification efforts.
- Support governance, risk management, and quality initiatives alongside document retention and archiving activities.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, or Quality Management.
- You have 4+ years of experience within a regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare.
- You possess knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance processes.
- You bring experience in process improvement, project coordination, and operational excellence.
- You're proactive and solution-oriented with strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.

- Knowledge of Third Party Management (TPM), outsourcing, or supplier management.
