AISB-1007 Analyst Developer

ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS is looking for an experienced Analyst Developer to join a complex and evolving application environment. You will contribute to the analysis, design, development and integration of business-critical applications, working within a multidisciplinary delivery team. You will combine strong analytical skills with hands-on development expertise, while contributing to the continuous improvement and modernization of the application ecosystem. A significant part of the role will also involve designing and delivering technical utilities to automate processes, exploit data, generate reports, facilitate monitoring and support technical or business teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze, design and develop applications based on Java and Spring Boot.
• Participate in the functional and technical analysis of modules and application components.
• Design and develop REST APIs, data access layers and integration components.
• Develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.
• Design and implement utilities for automation, data processing, reporting, monitoring and technical analysis.
• Work with data from APIs, Jira, Git repositories, databases, files and heterogeneous datasets.
• Identify opportunities for technical or business improvements and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Prototype, develop and progressively deliver utilities together with their users.
• Contribute to source code management, builds and continuous integration/deployment processes.
• Assist with incident and change management.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Docker/Docker Compose, Ansible
• Linux, Micrometer/Prometheus and application observability
• OAuth2/OIDC, Keycloak, OWASP and secure application practices
• Jira and automated testing tools
• Exposure to Drools/KIE and Spring Cloud Data Flow is an advantage

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent professional experience with Java and Spring Boot, particularly REST APIs, configuration, data access and security.
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience with application architecture and system integration, including APIs, JSON/XML, files, batch processing and existing services.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modelling and heterogeneous data processing.
• Strong experience with automated unit and integration testing and the creation of representative test datasets.
• Good knowledge of Git, Maven, CI/CD, artifact management and code quality tools.
• Good understanding of application security, data protection and secrets management.
• Good knowledge of Linux, Docker, configuration, logging and observability.
• Excellent ability to design and independently deliver a technical utility from initial analysis through to implementation and handover.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of BPMN and UML and experience with application modelling/design tools.
• Experience with Jira and/or testing tools.
• Fluent French is mandatory.
