In this job as a concrete mixer driver in Dendermonde, the following duties are assigned:

You deliver ready-mix concrete to various construction sites and customers.
You check safety on the construction site and give feedback to the plant and colleagues.
You take into account the site conditions and possible risks.
You wait while the concrete is being unloaded and follow the instructions on the site.
You are responsible for the daily cleaning of the truck and report any problems.
You carry out cleaning and minor maintenance work on the truck and the plant.
You start the workday between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m., depending on the planning.

Full-time employment
Starting via agency: 85 days after which the employees are offered a permanent contract.
Starting between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m.
These are day hours, sometimes weekend work, but this is discussed.
Remuneration & allowances
Every driver starts at Cat III €20,669/hour.
Supplement 10% (conventional allowance)
Working between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m.
Working between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Supplement 25% (night allowance)
Working before 6 a.m.
Working after 10 p.m.
Overtime pay+50% after 11 working hours per day+50% for Saturday work+100% for Sunday work and public holidays
Meal allowances (net – Construction)€ 3.37 net per day worked with more than 4 working hours
€ 5.50 net with more than 9 working hours
Extra € 2.75 net with more than 11 working hours
20 days of leave.
Construction leave is mandatory to take.

Experienced CE driver with at least 2 years of experience on Belgian roads.

Someone who can communicate in Dutch.

Someone who works safely, is independent, and can cooperate well with colleagues and customers.
