The Role
We’re looking for a Client Manager to join our team and work closely with colleagues across operations, client management, and internal tooling.
Your first focus will be on the guiding companies and their employees throughout the warrant and option plan process. You will be the point of contact.
What You’ll Do
Assist clients from A to Z
- Presentations towards prospects and employees
- Preparation of upcoming plans (collect participant lists, sending payment requests)
- Follow-up of launched plans (regular updates towards clients)
- Answering questions from employers and employees
And don’t be shy. You’ll be giving online and live presentations to groups up to several hundreds of people. On top of that, you’ll be representing Optiniti at networking events.
You could be a great fit if…
- You’re fluent in French and/or Dutch and English (all 3 is a strong plus) and living in Belgium
- Precision and attention to detail are second nature to you
- You are an excellent communicator, both in writing and in speaking
- You’re someone who’s approachable, easy-going and ready to learn
- Are comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft 365, Odoo)
- You have around 10 years of professional experience, allowing you to work independently and confidently in a high-responsibility environment
- Enjoy working in a team, but also can work independently in a fast-paced, high- responsibility environment
Prior experience with incentive plans is not required - we’ll teach you everything you needto know.What matters most is your precision, mindset, and reliability.
