Our client, a key player in the energy infrastructure sector, is seeking a Buyer Field Services to manage a diverse portfolio of service categories. This role serves as a strategic link between internal stakeholders and suppliers, focusing on sourcing and contract lifecycle management to support the reliability of the high-voltage grid.
- Develop and execute innovative category and sourcing strategies for field services in line with procurement policies and business objectives.
- Act as a trusted commercial partner to internal stakeholders by shaping sourcing approaches and creating value from the earliest stages.
- Conduct market analyses and lead complex tendering processes and commercial negotiations.
- Manage commercial, contractual, and operational risks throughout the contract and supplier lifecycle.
- Ensure accurate implementation and follow-up of procurement contracts within the ERP system and related tools.
- Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate decision-making across technical, legal, and financial stakeholders.
- Master's degree.
- You have 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, commercial management, or contract management, preferably in technical services, infrastructure, or industrial environments.
- You bring proven negotiation skills and experience leading complex tenders and contract negotiations.
- You possess strong analytical judgment and the ability to translate complex data into decisive recommendations.
- You are a structured communicator capable of building credibility with internal customers and senior stakeholders.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French with a professional command of English.

- Experience in project-based work and supplier performance management.
- Familiarity with collaboration in technical or operational environments.
