Join KLEEMANN Belgium and become part of a team that provides high-quality after-sales technical support to customers. We are looking for a Field Service Technician who will ensure the proper maintenance, operation, and long-term performance of lift systems while delivering excellent customer service.
Scope of Role:
- Maintenance of lifts
- Provide technical support to customers by phone or e-mail regarding mechanical and electrical issues
- Keep records of each customer's malfunctions
- Follow up on open issues to ensure permanent resolution of customer problems
- Visit customers when required to provide after-sales support
- Work in compliance with legislation and according to business ethics
- Attend and assist the respective notifying body during the inspection process
What We're Looking For:
- Education as Electrician / Elevator Technician
- 1-3 years of experience in the elevator sector
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
- Strong sense of responsibility and result orientation
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Good time management skills
