Mission & responsibilities

As a Freelance Proposal Writer, you will contribute to the drafting of proposals for European tenders. You support the bid team from the qualification stage to submission by preparing clear, structured and persuasive content that reflects the project strategy and meets the client’s requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and structure clear, persuasive and compliant proposal content in line with the tender requirements.
  • Work closely with the bid team and internal experts to collect information and ensure consistency across all sections of the proposal.
  • Contribute to the development of the proposal strategy and methodology through strong written input.
  • Ensure that all written deliverables respect the required format, deadlines and administrative instructions.

About the profile: qualification and skills – Do you fit the role?

  • 2 to 4 years of experience working in a similar position.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in public procurement
  • At least C1 level in English (working language) with a strong ability in written commercial style.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, aligned with client requirements and company’s bid strategy, with the ability to think out of the box.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and synthetic skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Used to working in multicultural environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
