Your impact

As Digital Workplace Lead, you’ll make an impact by:

  • Leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital workplace solutions across audiovisual, collaboration, and connectivity domains.
  • Driving the transition from in-house services to a managed service model, ensuring seamless handover, operational excellence, and supplier accountability.
  • Managing external suppliers and service providers, ensuring SLAs are met and value is delivered consistently.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring alignment with IT strategy.
  • Establishing and maintaining a structured way of working, including documentation, process governance, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across all digital workplace services.

About you

You have a proven track record in facilitating seamless digital workplace experiences and delivering exceptional service management. Your expertise lies in optimizing and managing comprehensive solutions that enhance business operations.

  • You excel in managing operating systems and end-user environments, ensuring the integration of Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms to drive user productivity and satisfaction.
  • With extensive experience in a managed service environment, you adeptly manage supplier relationships, from contract negotiation to performance monitoring and service transition, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • You leverage the Microsoft 365 suite to maximize team collaboration, streamlining communication and interaction across all organizational levels.
  • Your approach to hardware recommendations and application management is driven by the goal of enhancing end-user efficiency and system reliability.
  • Through expert application of networking fundamentals, you promote robust connectivity and optimum system performance within the digital workplace.
  • As a structured and proactive professional, you thrive in dynamic environments, prioritizing strategic goals while navigating change and fostering innovation.
  • You possess excellent communication skills to engage successfully with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment across teams.
  • Your academic background in IT, engineering, or equivalent experience, combined with fluency in English—and additional proficiency in Dutch and/or French equips you to lead and transform service management initiatives within diverse environments.
