Global Customer Service & Logistics Specialist

Walloon Brabant, Belgium (Hybrid 40%)

Your mission

As part of the Global Logistics Operations team, you will manage the end-to-end distribution of pharmaceutical products across international markets and act as the key contact for assigned countries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the order-to-delivery process for global markets
  • Coordinating international shipments, transportation, customs, and delivery execution
  • Ensuring product availability and supply continuity through proactive inventory and replenishment monitoring
  • Collaborating with planning, QA, finance, warehouses, logistics providers, and commercial teams
  • Managing returns, customer requests, investigations, CAPAs, and quality events
  • Monitoring logistics KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with GDP, cold chain, and international logistics requirements

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in international logistics, transportation, customer service, or supply chain operations
  • Experience within pharma, healthcare, cold chain, or other regulated industries
  • Strong SAP experience in logistics/supply chain environments
  • Knowledge of transportation planning, customs processes, and global distribution operations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer service mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English (working language)

Nice to have

  • GDP, Incoterms, customs clearance, and hazardous goods knowledge
  • Experience with ColdStream, TrackWise, Qlik, or similar tools
  • French language skills

Desired Skills and Experience

5+ years of experience in international logistics, transportation, customer service, or supply chain operations within a pharmaceutical or highly regulated environment.

Strong expertise in global distribution, cold chain logistics, transportation planning, customs coordination, and order-to-delivery processes.

Proven experience working with SAP, managing logistics providers and warehouses, ensuring product availability, and collaborating with cross-functional international stakeholders.

Solid understanding of GDP requirements, supply chain processes, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Excellent communication skills in English and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced global environment.
